CHOCOLATE BRULEE

1/2 cup prepared chocolate pudding
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon flaked coconut
1 teaspoon margarine or butter, softened

1. Spoon pudding into 6-ounce custard cup
2. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon onto pudding
3. Set oven control to broil and/or 550ยบ
4. Broil pudding with top about 5 inches from heat until coconut is golden brown and topping is bubbly, about 4 minutes
