1/4 package (6-ounce size) frozen Chinese pea pods
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
Dash of lemon pepper
1 tablespoon salted cocktail peanuts
1. Cook pea pods as directed on package; drain
2. Toss with remaining ingredients
Note:
Use sharp knife to cut block of frozen pea pods. Store remaining frozen pea pods in sealed package in freezer.
