OVEN-FRIED FISH AND POTATOES

1 frozen batter-fried fish portion (about 3 ounces)
1/2 jar (2 1/2-ounce size) sliced mushrooms (about 2 tablespoons drained)
1 green onion (with top), sliced
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 package (16-ounce size) frozen sliced pan-fried potatoes (1 cup)
Seasoned salt

1. Place fish portion in center of ungreased baking pan, 8x8x2 inches
2. Mix mushrooms, onion, almonds and oil; spoon over fish
3. Arrange potato slices in single layer around fish
4. Sprinkle potatoes with seasoned salt
5. Cook uncovered in 450ยบ oven until potatoes are golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork, 25 to 30 minutes
