TACO SALAD

1/4 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 to 4 drops red pepper sauce
2 cups bite-size pieces salad greens
1 small tomato, cut into wedges
1 small avocado, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Chili dressing (below)
1 package (3/4 ounce) corn chips (about 1/2 cup)

1. Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain
2. Stir in chili sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper sauce; cool 5 minutes. 
3. Toss salad greens, tomato, avocado and onion in large bowl. 
4. Add beef mixture and chili dressing; toss. 
5. Sprinkle with corn chips. 


CHILI DRESSING

1. Mix 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1 tablespoon chili sauce.
