1/2 jar (5-ounce size) pasteurized Neufchatel cheese spread with olive and pimiento (1/4 cup)
1/2 jar (1/2-ounce size) sliced mushrooms (about 2 tablespoons drained)
1 green onion (with top), sliced
1 tablespoon milk
2 drops red pepper sauce
1 English muffin, split and toasted
1. Heat cheese spread, mushrooms, onion, milk and pepper sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly, about 2 minutes
2. Place tomato slice on each muffin half
3. Pour cheese sauce over each tomato slice
4. Garnish with snipped parsley if desired
To Microwave:
1. Mix cheese spread, mushrooms, onion, milk and pepper sauce in 1-pint microwaveproof measure
2. Microwave uncovered on high (full) power 1 minute; stir
3. Mircowave uncovered on high (full) power until hot and bubbly, about 1 minute
