- 1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped radish
- 1 teaspoon snipped parsley
- Dash each of onion salt, seasoned salt and pepper
- Lettuce leaves
1. Mix all ingredients except lettuce leaves.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.
3. Serve on lettuce leaves.
