Don't let Bullies be a driving force of intimidation in your workplace. When dealing with Bullies, follow these tips.
1. Do help the Bully find other, non-threatening behaviors to deal with her insecurities.
2. Don't focus on bad behavior, but rather focus on what might make the Bully feel more important or valued as a worker.
3. Do set the Bully up to win by putting her in a situation where her skills will be recognized and her performance successful.
4. Don't forget to take a special interest in her work and other interests.
5. Don't let a Bully-boss bully you. Whatever you do, overdo it, and give your boss 110 percent.
6. Don't give a bully the satisfaction of knowing she has successfully intimidated you.
