THE LIAR - a person who deliberately breaks the rules and misleads you.
Dishonesty is a tough thing to deal with in the workplace, and dishonest people are among the most difficult. Dishonest causes difficulty on several levels. Among the ranks of honest, rule-abiding employees, the Liar is the lowest on the credibility list. But right next to the Liar is a boss who engages in denial, is too timid to act, or enables a Liar. If the Liar is a peer, the pressure to do something can still be high because you need to avoid guilt by association. If the Liar is your own boss, you have yet another set of issues: The threat of guilt by association is still there, but the possibility of being implicated without your knowledge is much greater.
