QUICK CHEESE BROIL

2 slices (3/4 inch thick) French bread, toasted, or 1 hard roll, split and toasted
2 tablespoons beer or dry white wine
2 slices (7x4 inches each) Swiss cheese, cut into halves
Seasoned salt

1. Place toast in individual casserole or on double thickness aluminum foil
2. Drizzle beer over each slice toast; top with cheese
3. Set oven control to broil and/or 550ยบ
4. Broil toast with tops about 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2 minutes; sprinkle with seasoned salt
5. Garnish with mustard sprouts if desired
