TWO-BEAN SALAD

  • 1/2 can (8-ounce size) cut green beans (about 1/2 cup drained)
  • 1/2 can (8-ounce size) red kidney beans (about 1/2 cup drained)
  • 1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Lettuce cup


1. Toss all ingredients except lettuce cup. 

2. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. 

3. Drain; spoon into lettuce cup.
