WHAT MAKES THE BUSYBODY TICK?

The Busybody doesn't want to feel cut off or excluded. She has a low tolerance for solitude and is afraid to work in isolation, perceiving it as a form of social rejection. Her need for inclusion can be satisfied only through interaction with other people. As she moves from one person's personal space into another's, she carries personal information about her co-workers to share. She may choose to tell these stories simply to gain acceptance - a relatively innocuous reason. But sometimes she is manipulating or trying to gain influence within the office.
