The Recluse may prefer keeping to himself for a number of reasons:
1. He could be shy and uncomfortable around others.
2. A highly focused worker who doesn't like to be interrupted.
3. Someone who has been driven into hiding by people like the Busybody.
4. It's possible that the Recluse isolates himself because, like the Minutiae Monster, he has little experience with collaborative work and could use some training.
